By purchasing from Pawmed, you agree to the following Terms of Sale.

1. Orders and Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, and we may accept or reject any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing and description errors.

Quantities may be limited per person, household, or account.

An order confirmation email will be sent once your order has been accepted and dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please note that the creation of a shipping label means the package has already been dispatched, even if the tracking information takes some time to update on the carrier's website, and for this reason the order cannot be canceled.

2. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.

Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, once state sales tax thresholds have been exceeded.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the full order total at checkout.

3. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Processing time: typically 1 to 2 business days.

Estimated delivery in the U.S.: 7 to 10 business days after dispatch. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must pay an $8 reshipment fee for the order to be resent.

Title and Risk of Loss: Title to, and risk of loss for, the Products shall pass to the Customer at the point of initial shipment from the Seller's facility, prior to entry into the United States. The Seller's logistics providers, including any U.S.-based warehouses or fulfillment centers, act solely as independent agents for shipment and do not assume title or liability for the Products. This provision governs the transfer of ownership and risk, irrespective of the place of delivery to the Customer.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Satisfaction Guarantee

Every request must begin by contacting our customer care team at help@trypawmed.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the current condition of the product and its packaging. Our team will then review your photo and direct you to the pathway that applies.

4.1 Unopened and Unused Products

Eligible for return within 60 days of delivery.

The item must be factory sealed, in its original packaging, and include all accessories such as manuals, charger, and replacement heads.

Written return authorization from our customer care team is required before shipping anything back, and unauthorized or incomplete returns may be refused.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective upon arrival.

4.2 Opened or Used Products

For health and hygiene reasons, once a product has been opened or used it cannot be resold or returned, and no full refunds can be issued for opened items on that basis alone.

Instead, customers may apply for the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee described below, after submitting the requested proof to our customer care team. That proof must include a short video of the device powered on and running showing the issue you are experiencing, photos of your dog's teeth taken before you started and after your most recent session in similar lighting so the visible tartar can be compared, and a short description of how often you used the device and how long each session lasted.

Each case is reviewed individually, and if your request is validated we will offer a resolution such as a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on eligibility and the condition of the item.

Fraud and Abuse of Guarantee: Pawmed reserves the right to deny any claim that appears suspicious or abusive, including but not limited to falsified photos or videos, inconsistent evidence, or product use outside of the provided instructions.

4.3 Damaged or Defective Items

Customers must report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos or video and their order number.

Verified defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

5. Warranty

Products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the date of delivery.

The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or partial refund, at our discretion.

6. Product Use, Safety, and Disclaimers

Intended use: Pawmed ultrasonic scalers are intended for at-home use to help reduce visible tartar on your dog's teeth as part of a regular dental care routine. They are designed as maintenance between professional veterinary visits and are never a replacement for professional care. They are not a medical device, are not a substitute for veterinary examination or treatment, and are not intended to treat medical conditions.

Safe use. Use the device only as directed and in accordance with all provided instructions:

  • Charge only with the cable and adapter supplied, and do not use damaged outlets, damaged devices, or unauthorized adapters
  • Inspect the device and the replacement head before each session, and stop using any head that is bent, chipped, or worn
  • Do not submerge the handle or charging base in water
  • Keep the device out of reach of children, and never leave your dog unsupervised with it
  • Keep sessions short and gentle, follow the recommended session times in the manual, and let your dog rest between sessions
  • Stop the session immediately if your dog shows signs of discomfort, resistance, bleeding, or distress

Pet health notice. You are solely responsible for determining whether the product is appropriate for your pet and situation. If your dog has a diagnosed dental or gum condition, loose or broken teeth, oral pain, a recent dental procedure or oral surgery, a heart condition or pacemaker in the household environment, or any other medical condition, consult a licensed veterinarian before use.

If you notice any adverse reaction, including but not limited to bleeding gums, swelling, reluctance to eat, unusual behavior, or signs of pain, stop use immediately and consult a veterinarian.

FDA notice. These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Pawmed products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

No guarantees and results vary. Individual results vary by dog, by how much visible tartar has built up, by temperament, and by how consistently the device is used. Pawmed does not guarantee specific outcomes or benefits.

Information accuracy. Product information on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only and may contain errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct and update information at any time, and all products and content are provided "as is" and "as available".

Assumption of risk and limitation of liability. By purchasing or using Pawmed products, you acknowledge and agree that you assume all responsibility for proper use, supervision, and compliance with the provided instructions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawmed and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the use or misuse of the product or the Website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawmed's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These disclaimers apply except where prohibited by law.

7. Disputes, Refund Holds, and Chargebacks

If a customer opens a dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider, we cannot issue any refund while the dispute is pending, as the funds are frozen by the financial institution.

Governing law: State of Wyoming, venue Sheridan County.

Binding arbitration administered by AAA applies to any disputes, and no class actions or class arbitration are permitted. Customers may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first purchase by emailing help@trypawmed.com with their request.

8. Force Majeure

Pawmed shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance, including shipping and delivery, due to causes beyond our reasonable control. These include but are not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, pandemics, or failures of carriers.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Sale is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms of Sale at any time, and the version in effect at checkout applies to that order.
